I recently graduated from the University of Hartford where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media & Journalism, with a concentration in video production.
Starting around 2007, I decided to make YouTube videos on a popular mass multiplayer online game called Club Penguin. I found a love for video making during this time. I would start off making tutorials and music videos about the game that would enhance my knowledge of working with editing software. Using programs such as Sony Vegas and Windows Moviemaker, I figured out that editing a video and seeing the finished product was something I liked to do.
When editing a video, I am a perfectionist. I want to make something that amazes people. This can make the process both fun and frustrating because I aim to create a final product that is perfect and pleasing to the eye. This can be challenging because people see things differently; what looks impressive to one can look mediocre to another.
I enjoy collaborating on projects. Working together is enjoyable and allows for various inputs that can create a better product in the end. Different perspectives can create a more likable product.
Aside from editing and producing, I am a gaming and car fanatic and enjoy watching comedy. and was a member of the eSports team at the University of Hartford. My game was Valorant.
You can often find me playing various online games or watching videos about cars on my computer. And if not doing either of those things, I am probably watching It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office or Family Guy.
Perhaps my strong communication skills and video production background can connect me to the gaming or automobile industries.
